Louisiana will see cooler temperatures this weekend. But strong winds are expected. The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the southern part of the state. And NWS Lake Charles Meteorologist Marti Calhoun says that means we all need to abide by local burn bans. (:17)

For almost four decades October has been recognized as breast cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Donna Williams, Director of Louisiana Cancer Prevention and Control says when healthcare outlets are able to make breast exams and mammograms more accessible, it saves lives.
