A federal judge this afternoon is set to hear Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit case against Governor Bobby Jindal over the Administration’s plan to cancel the organization’s Medicaid contracts. Jindal is upset over videos which allegedly show Planned Parenthood leaders discussing the sale of fetuses. But Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat doesn’t think Jindal can just cancel funding for the program…:

Court documents showed this week that the US Justice Department is siding with Planned Parenthood.

The Ouachita Parish School system reports that two students have been arrested in separate incidents. They say one involved a 7th graders from Woodlawn Elementary who brought an unloaded pistol to school. The other happened at Ouachita High where a 15-year-old allegedly hit a teacher. Both were arrested by the Ouachita Parish sheriff’s deputies Tuesday.
