A man is behind bars for threatening Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator on Facebook. Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office spokesperson Cindy Chadwick says 25-year-old Michael Evans was arrested in California and she says the extradition process will begin to bring Evans back to Caddo parish….
