A fiery single vehicle crash in the city of Grambling leaves one man dead and another seriously injured. Authorities believe 21-year-old Carl Robinson of Tallulah was racing with another friend when he lost control of his vehicle, ran off the roadway and flipped several times before bursting into flames. Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was pulled to safety and is in serious condition.
The Jeanerette Police Department says a 57-year-old man is dead after allegedly being shot by his juvenile son. They say it happened last night and they’re still investigating whether or not the shooting was accidental. The victim’s identify has not yet been released.
The Louisiana Workforce Commission has launched a new online mobile tool that would help people find careers that interest them while supporting the standard of living they want to maintain.
