Louisiana search and rescue teams are conducting water rescues this morning in Chesterfield County. The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office hosted a sniper training course this past week, welcoming law enforcement from the area. Cpl. Justin Dunn says the officers were instructed on safety and the importance of the role of being a sniper.
