New Orleans Children’s Hospital has been ranked 32nd among the country’s best-specialized hospitals for pediatrics for the third year in a row by Newsweek. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mark Kline says the rankings reflect their ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of care for children across the region.…

LSU board of supervisors is meeting this morning to approve a new contract for Baseball Coach Jay Johnson. The new contract will make Johnson the second highest-paid baseball coach in the country earning $12.5 million. Last season he led the Tigers baseball program to a national championship.
