New Orleans Democratic Congressman Cedric Richmond has issued an apology for the joke he made at a public setting about President Trump’s Counselor, Kellyanne Conway. Richmond said Conway looked kind of familiar in that position in a photo that showed Conway kneeling on an Oval office couch. Richmond says he’s been a champion for women’s issues and he apologizes to anyone who found his comments offensive.
