State Police say a traffic stop in Jefferson Parish for not wearing a seatbelt has led to the arrest of three suspected members of the “Felony Lane Gang, ” which is a disorganized group of criminal from South Florida that breaks into vehicles at heatlh clubs, parks and day care centers. L-S-P’s Melissa Matey says the traffic stop happened on Interstate 10…
