Lafayette attorney Barry Rozas denies the charge of rape after his arrest Tuesday. The complaint was one of 28 provided to the Evangeline Council of the Boy Scouts of America and turned over to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in November. Rozas says a commission working on a class-action suit against the Boy Scouts of America created an anonymous hotline.
Rozas faces a first-degree rape charge.
