Louisiana will have a new Treasurer tonight.  Republican John Schroder will be sworn in during a ceremony in Kenner.  He defeated Derrick Edwards in a runoff election last month.   The race drew very little interest.  Secretary of State Tom Schedler says only 13 percent of registered voters participated.
