Ruston Police are searching for a 38-year-old man who fatally shot one person . Frank Jauron Stringfellow of Ruston is considered armed and dangerous and has a lengthy criminal history. The shooting occurred early this morning on Cotton Avenue. 35-year-old Shakena Hampton was killed and two others received non-life threatening injuries in the shooting, including a one-year-old child.
