It’s the first full day of the legislative session. Governor Edwards is pushing an ambitious tax plan that would increase taxes on businesses, but lower income taxes on 90-percent of taxpayers. But West Monroe Senator Mike Walsworth says lawmakers need to be cautious about lowering taxes for individuals and getting businesses to foot the bill…
