Harris was arrested yesterday afternoon at an apartment in Hammond. Beckner says they believe he just moved to the area with a relative.
The Governor’s Office of Elderly Affairs is working to help those seniors who are not getting the care they deserve. Program manager Ebony Thomas-Phillips says all of us can play a role in ending elder abuse.
