Louisiana Employers have the third biggest hiring struggle when it comes to finding workers to fill positions according to a report from WalletHub.

According to the U-S Bureau of Labor Statistics, 63-thousand Louisiana workers quit their jobs in June and that brings the total number for 2023 to 407-thousand. It’s the first time in recorded history the state has seen more than 400-thousand workers voluntarily leave their job in the first six months of a calendar year.
