State Police Colonel Lamar Davis is asking for patience and understanding as his agency investigates the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man by a white Shreveport police officer….

43-year-old Alonzo Bagley of Shreveport died from a bullet wound to the chest. Davis says its too early in the investigation to make any assumptions why the officer fired his weapon.
