State Police is investigating an officer involved shooting in which they say a Baton Rouge cop shot and killed a man during a struggle while escorting a state child welfare case worker. LSP is also working to diffuse social media rumors about the incident. They say the man was not handcuffed when he was shot. The matter is under investigation.
