State Police say a single vehicle crash in Rapides Parish claimed the life of a teenage passenger, and injured the driver – both unrestrained. They say 24-year-old Micah Baden of Pineville lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons, ran off the road and crashed into a semi-trailer in a private driveway. 16-year-old Chloe James of Ball was pronounced dead. Baden received moderate injuries.
