Baton Rouge Police are looking for a woman whose three year old daughter was found wondering alone near the vehicle of the missing person Thursday. Cops say foul play is not being ruled out in the disappearance of 40-year-old Lyntell Washington. The child was not harmed. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Washington is urged to contact authorities.
