The Lake Charles Police Department says they’ve arrested a homeless man in the beating death of another man. They say 29-year-old Anthony Massingill, with no last known address, is booked for 1st degree murder with one million dollars bond, in the death of 68-year-old Keith Reynaud who suffered blunt force trauma.
