Four hospitals for the poor and uninsured could close under proposed cuts to the Department of Health and Hospitals. There are just 10 left in the state. Another Confederate monument debate is set to happen today in a House committee. This bill would establish a board that would have to grant a waiver before any monument 30 years or older could be relocated.
