The governor’s task force aimed at reducing the state’s incarceration rate released it’s recommendations for the state legislature. The panel believe its comprehensive plan that will be discussed at the capitol today will reduce the state’s prison population by 13 percent over the next decade and save taxpayers 305-million dollars.
