The state has banned another compound that is used in synthetic marijuana, according to The Department of Health and Hospitals. With mid-term elections around the corner, a survey of small business owners show they lack confidence that Washington D.C. will be able to fix the countries economic problems. State Director of the National Federation of Independent Business Dawn Starns says there’s a clear sense among small business owners that Washington isn’t listening to their needs…
