One person has been killed in a shooting involving a Baton Rouge Police Officer. State Police is investigating and say despite outrage over information being spread on social media, the man who was killed was not handcuffed when he was shot. They say an altercation ensued between the officer and the man during a child welfare check when the shooting took place.
