Baton Rouge Senator Cleo fields has a map with two Black-majority districts but debate on that was held to today. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and SWAT had to regain control at the Bridge City Youth Center as 20 juveniles seized the facility last night causing authorities to be called in to help. The disturbance comes hours after 5 juveniles had escaped the center. Four were caught and one remains at large.
