Tomorrow is the last day to early vote, and other than the statewide State Treasurer’s election on November 18th, the New Orleans mayoral race is also on the ballot. Secretary of State Tom Schedler says voters in the Crescent City made up 19-percent of the state’s turnout in the primary to put LaToya Cantrell and Desiree Charbonnet in the runoff:
