Law enforcement could soon be using new technology to catch uninsured motorists. A measure waiting to be signed by Governor Jindal will allow police cars to have equipment to take a snap shot of a person’s license plate. Executive Director of the Louisiana District Attorneys Association, Pete Adams, says the photo of the license plate will only be used to catch uninsured motorists, track down stolen vehicles and help authorities in emergency situations….
