President Obama’s tax proposals which would increase taxes for the wealthiest Americans are getting some push back from Republican lawmakers. The President pitched the plan in his State of the Union Address last night. The President’s plan would raise the capital gains tax on top-earning Americans and eliminate the current tax break on inheritances.
