State Police say a Zachary man was killed in a single vehicle accident over the weekend in St. Helena Parish. They say 29-year-old Cody Damico veered off the road and hit a utility pole causing his vehicle to overturn. Damico, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
