Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump has said the November 8th election is rigged by the media and at the polls to favor Democrat Hillary Clinton. Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler calls Trump’s accusations totally irresponsible…:

Schedler says he is confident that the Presidential election will go off without any major problems.

Fall weather is finally set to return to Louisiana, thanks to a cold front that will move through the state today. State climatologist Barry Keim says with it will come some much needed rain, but not enough to break out the rain boots…:

He says by tomorrow morning lows will be in the upper 50s/low 60s, and high temps in the mid 70s throughout the state.

Villains don’t stand a chance this Halloween, as super hero costumes are flying off the shelves. Manager of Spirit Halloween in Alexandria, Caitlyn Piacitelli, says the most popular costume this year is a more unconventional kind of hero…:

She says the creepy clown craze has even more of the masks flying off the shelves than in previous years.

Governor John Bel Edwards says he has no plans to rescind his executive order that state contracts must include clauses to protect LGBT employees from discrimination in the workplace. Attorney General Jeff Landry is blocking several state deals which contain the wording, and Edwards sued — but the judge sided with Landry. Edwards said on his call in radio show he hopes to work things out with the AG, but it doesn’t seem possible.
