The father for wounded East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Tullier says his son is making remarkable progress. Nick was injured in a police ambush last year, and he’s now been moved from a rehab facility in Houston to a Transitional Learning Center in Galveston, according to James Tullier..:
