Michael Tyler, better known as Louisiana rapper Mystikal, has turned himself in to authorities in Caddo Parish on rape charges. Sgt. Paula Farquhar (far-kwar), with the Shreveport Police Department, says Tyler is accused of raping a woman at a casino last year…:

Wildlife and Fisheries agents in Calcasieu Parish have arrested a man in the fatal boating incident Sunday that killed an 8-year-old boy. Agents say that 35-year-old Eddie Dunwoody of Texas was operating a 19-foot bass boat and was impaired when he crashed the vessel. A child occupant sustained fatal injuries in the crash.
