During a legislative budget hearing, higher education leaders said the state’s colleges can’t take a $17 million dollar reduction in state funding as the governor is proposing. An anti-bullying measure is being proposed by a north Louisiana lawmaker. Shreveport senator and attorney John Milkovich says his bill requires that instances of bullying be reported to law enforcement within 24 hours….:
