A Leesville man is in jail, after a local mom caught him sexually molesting her 7-year-old daughter. 35-year-old Thomas McCartney was arrested in Harris Country, Texas and will be brought back to Vernon parish to face justice. McCartney is also a convicted sex offender, with arrests from 2006 and 2010.

Police in Monroe offer a reward for information that leads to the arrest of 18-year-old Isszvian (ih-SAHV-ian) Webb. Webb is accused of opening fire at law enforcement officers with a semi-automatic rifle on February 5^th. When caught, he’ll face three counts of attempted murder.
